Hardly any news, more like a recap
Saturday was all cloudy and worked for me. We strolled in Constanta, like all we could do was eating sea fruit, desserts, drinking coffee and swearing at careless drivers. No obligations policy works for me. Some wine in the evening and various games of cards. This was funny because everything was being explained by pretty much everybody in Romanian to our Spanish friend. He survived. A bunch of other people whom we were sharing the lodging got drunk, put down the cake candles with the fire extinctor and watched some locally produced porn in the "lobby area" much to the dismay of our landlady. We then supposed they were the filming crew. Later, tucked in bed, I could hear their drunken conversation through the wooden walls and was tempted to join in, but fell asleep and missed on the best part when one guy made his way into one of the girls' rooms and she... did not want it. Sunday was all "sun with teeth". We made it to the beach. It was so windy I stayed fully dressed most of the time. No foot of me has touched the sea and I am still white with the outstanding exception of my redneck-like face. when he saw me, T said "Have you no sense of too much?" and other grumpy things. Driving back, we took the wrong exit out of Constanta, I love the signs in this city and, for the matter, everywhere in this country, which finally translated in two missed appointments later during the night. But who has appointments later a Sunday night? We have all agreed the "Sun highway" is appropriately named, but driving with the sun at dusk permanently in your eyes is as difficult as it is beautiful. Our Spanish friend got a chance to brush up his Romanian and to catch up on (in)famous phrases. I am now running two jobs, which means I have two different female bosses by the same first name, which in turn means one of them is most likely to call me in my spare time.
