Relativity of beauty ("Time destroys everything")

I am not going to tell you anything about the stuck in the eighties and not making a comeback concert the bloguette took me to the other day. It's nice to get out of the house, actually the office. Apparently the performer has stopped doing so for the past three decades.

The bloguette also made it into a habit of taking me places. Apparently people in front of us merely chage the seats and hall.

Yesterday, she bought tickets to Irreversible. Which I still have to return to him on CD.

Again I won't tell you how I have cringed in my seat the whole duration of the movie. How bad everything starts, and how nicely it ends. Or was it the other way around? I am still dizzy and it's not from the hypnotic whirling montage.

Re: concert. Please don't tell me that you went to see Richard Clayderman live. Please. Otherwise, I shall die. Either of shame or of laughter, I don't know for certain.

Funny that you should mention "Le temps détruit tout", I was just thinking about this (and the film) yesterday. I was looking at my dad the other day, and I was thinking, "This is how I'm going to look like in 30 years' time. Fuck."

well, I have been, and I don't regret a bit, it was quite a social experience. All these posh people people dressed in their I am taking myself very seriously dresses... The lady who shouted turn off the speakers, this is a philharmonic. The pompous introduction, the shameless marketing, the point of sales materials, the cigarette promotion on the form of a statue (!?) etc. etc. I am not even mentioning the lady in fake leopard skin with the latest Motorola Versace who arrived late and started chatting while the performers were on stage... Richard himself is unchanged, like you have seen him last in his light blue jacket.

First - there should not be any misunderstanding regarding the concert. I was there because I had no other choice and you were kind enough to accompany me :))

Second - I am a "friendly netstalker"? :((((

First - yes, let there be no misunderstanding :) I had a good time.

Second - and not only that, right?

no stalker, no stalker!
You are totally ruining my "socialite & 007-reloaded fan" net reputation :p

stalker - someone who prowls or sneaks about, usually with unlawful intentions. Told you I'm no stalker!

Dearest following, do not worry. Although the unconceivable has happened, it's not the end of the world. Dearest following, may we have your attention please. May we have your attention please? Due to very strong reactions of Mazi, the management of this blog has decided, FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME EVER IN THE HISTORY of our being, to change a label. From now on may it be dully noted "friendly stalker" does not apply to net coquette bloguette. I repeat, under no circumstance should anyone associate the two. Got it?

Mazi, I hope you're happy.
