Anything of the kind

The end of happiness is another way of dying. The fact that we know about it, doesn't actually bring it. So, keep on walking, viva la resurrection.

"I remember one morning getting up at dawn, there was such a sense of possibility. You know, that feeling? And I remember thinking to myself: So, this is the beginning of happiness. This is where it starts. And of course there will always be more. It never occurred to me it wasn't the beginning. It was happiness. It was the moment. Right then."

@mazi, :) this was supposed to be a quasi optimistic note, you know?

@robert, Clarissa Vaughan, Virginia Woolf, me, and a couple of others I am pretty sure. Another friend of mine, who doesn't keep a blog, once said: "Wake up! This is not a dress rehearsal. This is it, enjoy it!"

Hon, happiness does not end. It just takes breaks.

nope, when you run out of happiness, you need to make new one. It's not a break, but a breakout.

One startling afternoon
He sauntered into your room
And he sat down next to you
Calm and casually
Raised his brow to see you
And fashionably set out complicating things ... with a wink of an eye.

We must not expect happiness, Monsoux. It is not something we deserve. When life goes well, it is a sudden gift; it cannot last forever ...
